Deliverwas pretty slow, 10 days to be shipped and then another 8 days from Australia to New Zealand when other goods ( with different organisations) I shipped from Australia arrived in 3 days from date of order to arrival.
However, I got prompt email responsese to my queries and it arrived in perfect condition.
Would use again but factor in longer delivery times.

Product was packed in a sturdy box and the Labubu was wrapped in bubble wrap. The Labubu x Pronounce - Wings of Fortune is exactly like the picture. In perfect brand new condition. Happy to receive this as its hard to find. I paid for express post, received it today (Saturday 13 Dec 2025).
